一种新型保险杠制造技术

一种新型保险杠，包括框架、滚筒、横轴、液压缸Ⅰ、液压缸Ⅱ。框架两侧有间距相同的连接筒，横轴穿过滚筒安装到框架两侧的连接筒内。框架上的连接筒间距大于滚筒直径，框架直径小于滚筒直径。液压缸一端与框架连接，另一端与车体侧连接。滚筒可以绕横轴转动，液压缸控制框架与车体之间的倾斜角度，两个液压缸可独立进行控制。当受到撞击时，由于滚筒可以滚动，可改变冲击物体运动方向，减少正面惯性力，当车体前端遇到沟壑时，通过调整两个液压缸以改变框架与地面角度，此时滚筒起支撑轮作用。本实用新型专利技术具有结构简单、调整迅速等优点。
