The invention is not only limited to graft modification of aromatic polyamide compound reverse osmosis membrane, but also to other surface polymer membranes containing acyl chloride and carboxylic acid groups, and also can be modified by membrane surface, so that the surface modified polymer film with chlorine resistance and antibacterial property is obtained.
