在热电厂生产运行过程中,新鲜水经脱盐水站脱盐处理后通过脱盐水泵打入锅炉除氧器,经加热除氧后通过给水泵打入锅炉加热产生蒸汽。高参数蒸汽进入抽凝式汽轮机高压缸做功后分成两部分,一部分供热用户,另一部分进入低压缸继续做功。蒸汽进入低压缸后又分成两部分,一部分低压蒸汽进入除氧器作为锅炉给水的除氧加热用,另一部分继续做功,做完功的蒸汽排入凝汽器冷凝成水,经凝结水泵打入除氧器加热除氧后再经给水泵打入锅炉继续加热产生蒸汽。目前热电厂热能利用存在的问题:1)、热电厂的汽水系统中,不可避免的存在一些汽水损失,尤其是热用户的凝结水返回量少时,必须要及时向系统内补充经脱盐处理的水。新鲜水温度在10℃左右,在脱盐处理时温度基本没有变化,锅炉给水需要加热到104℃才能除氧,为此在加热时需要大量蒸汽,增加一次能源消耗。2)、在汽轮机内做完功的蒸汽排入凝汽器冷凝成水时,用循环水当热载体,通过冷却塔将蒸汽凝结成水时的热量散发到大气中,没有得到利用,热效率低。
