一种开关柜耐热防腐漆，其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成：E?12环氧树脂40?45、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯25?30、环氧丙烯酸酯10?14、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯8?10、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯3?5、邻苯二甲酸酐6?8、184光引发剂3?4、甲乙酮14?18、乙酸丁酯12?15、助剂4?5；助剂由下列重量份的原料制得：凹凸棒土100?110、玉石粉12?13、海泡石20?23、硫酸锰6?8、氧化锌3?4、硫酸锌2?3、硬酯酸锌2?3、抗坏血酸1?2、当归油0.1?0.2、交联剂?TAC1?2；制备方法是将凹凸棒土、玉石粉、海泡石、硫酸锰粉碎混合，研磨得到200?300目粉体，将混合后的粉体中加入硬酯酸锌，搅拌均匀，30?40Mpa下压制成块料，送入950?980℃煅烧炉中，煅烧3?4小时，冷却后，取出粉碎得到300?400目粉末，将所得的粉末加入硫酸锌、抗坏血酸继续研磨分散1?2小时，最后加入其它剩余成分，研磨2?3小时，即得。
