本实用新型专利技术涉及螺杆压缩机转子技术领域,具体地说是一种螺旋主机转子,包括公转子、母转子,公转子和母转子的齿廓为双边非对称转子型线,组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,其特征在于:公转子、母转子的转子齿数比为5:6,公、母转子的齿廓空间轭合间隙为0.02~0.04mm。本实用新型专利技术同现有技术相比,相邻两端组成齿廓的曲线在连接处采用切线斜率过渡,空间曲面接触线短,封闭容积小有利于压力油膜形成,能够消除加工尖点、重复点和间断点,形成光滑过渡;有效减小动力损失并提供了高效密封带,齿间面积利用率高,呈流线型,气动阻力小,可以获得较高的效率。(*该技术在2020年保护过期,可自由使用*)

技术介绍
优化设计的螺旋主机运转安全可靠,因此在工业部门中得到越来越广泛的应用。 螺旋主机的发展在很大程度上取决于螺旋齿廓的优化设计和精密加工。我国的螺旋主机是 早期在对国外产品测绘的基础上逐步发展起来的,螺旋齿廓采用第二代或第三代齿形,螺 旋转子的加工基本上停留在铣刀铣削的水平,普遍效率低、高噪音、高能耗。随着螺旋齿廓 的改进和形状精度的提高,铣削已很难达到设计的要求,以精磨代替铣削是螺杆转子加工 的发展方向。但是目前螺旋齿廓的设计都是基于铣削的基础之上而不适合于磨削,因此,有 必要进行高精密可磨削螺旋齿廓的设计和优化。
技术实现思路
