一种空气螺杆压缩机转子,其结构包括双边为非对称的阴、阳转子,它们的组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,齿数比为6∶5,阴、阳转子之间具有间隙。其特征在于:以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.02~0.06mm,按其实际型线坐标制造的转子具有“曲面对曲面”、“大转子、低转速”的特点。本实用新型专利技术与已有技术相比,具有完全实现“曲面对曲面”密封,从而有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率,改善转子的加工、检验性能;采用大转子、低转速设计思路后,可以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命,相对减小对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物敏感性的优点。(*该技术在2019年保护过期,可自由使用*)

技术介绍
螺杆压缩机中,转子的形状基本上决定了螺杆压缩机的性能,目前世界上已有的有代表性的转子型线主要有德国某公司的型线,瑞典某公司的型线,以及台湾、日本等公司的型线,这些型线选取不同的曲线及其组合,由于设计取向不同,应该说各有各的优缺点。但是,现有技术存在的共同缺点是转子直径较小导致转速高,在实际应用中会出现噪声、振动大、刚性不足,从而影响使用寿命。
技术实现思路
