一种水泵，包括泵体、泵头、出水管、手柄管，一单向阀，内置在手柄管与出水管的出水口的连接处；一旋钮，设置在出水管的出水管口处，与旋钮连杆连接固定；一凸轮，通过连接元件固定在旋钮连杆的底端；泵工作状态时，凸轮与单向阀相抵触；停止工作时，转动旋钮带动凸轮转动，使得凸轮与单向阀脱离接触，在泵体保压时，隔绝泵体内与出水口处水流的同时，还能防止工艺需要的密封处因受到压力而导致的渗漏，减少了受压的薄弱零件，且其结构更为简单。（*该技术在2019年保护过期，可自由使用*）
