复合式减压阀制造技术

一种复合式减压阀,该减压阀主要是于阀本体内以一球阀开关组、一阀门控制组及一减压缓冲组等组件所构成,且于阀本体的外侧分别设置有第一压力表及第二压力表,其特征在于, 阀本体,以铸铜模制成一内部回绕具有一次侧阀道及二次侧阀道的管体,于二次侧阀道旁端的选定处则区隔设有一控压室,令控压室设有一导孔通往二次侧阀道,且控压室的侧壁开设有一通孔; 球阀开关组,借助一球阀受把手的拨转,而供减压阀作为选定控制一次侧入水流的流向控制装置; 阀门控制组,组设于一次侧阀道内控制通过阀门的水流量大小,其阀座前端的塞片以一塞片压杆予以固定; 减压缓冲组,将其减压膜片封盖组设于控压室的一侧,令减压膜片的顶杆自通孔而导伸至控压室外,并弹性顶抵于阀门控制组的塞片压杆; 利用上述构件组成,可令二次侧阀道的瞬变水压通过导孔通往控压室,并直接受减压膜片予以反应吸收,使阀门控制组的阀座带动塞片于顶杆受减压膜片连动退缩时,得以适当的匀速改变阀门的大小,从而令一次侧阀道与二次侧阀道内的水压迅速地获得平衡调节,使二次侧于瞬变水压时不会有水锤噪音的产生。(*该技术在2012年保护过期,可自由使用*)

【技术实现步骤摘要】

本技术涉及一种复合式减压阀,尤指一种于二次侧产生瞬变水压时,将水波脉冲予以缓冲吸收,同时亦可匀速调整阀门的开启程度,令二次侧可获一稳定水压的复合式减压阀的结构设计。而现今年使用的减压阀组,是以个别的球阀、减压阀及数个闸阀彼此间以管路采用串接或并联的方式所组成,其不仅有施工组装缓慢、体积占用空间庞大、造价昂贵等缺陷,又因其各个部件的品质良莠不齐,于维修上甚为麻烦。于是,乃有如台湾申请案号第87207744号的“减压阀组改良”新型专利设计,将上述的缺陷予以改良。但是,该案的改良设计并不尽完善,因其于减压阀内的减压膜片与阀门塞片之间,借助一导杆予以连结作动,故当二次侧有水压脉冲瞬间震动时,该减压膜片即会同步连动阀门塞片,将阀门的信道予以强制瞬间急开或急关,如此,水压脉冲无法有效地减缓消除而产生水锤效应,使管路配件及压力表的寿命大受影响。本技术的次要目的,在于提供一种复合式减压阀的结构设计,主要是于阀本体内以一球阀开关组、一阀门控制组及一减压缓冲组等组件所构成,令球阀开关组及阀门控制组均结设于阀本体一次侧的阀道内,而减压缓冲组则结设封盖于阀本体二次侧阀道内的一控压室旁侧,且令减压缓冲组本文档来自技高网...
