The present invention provides a driving method for driving CNC machine with space arc interpolation instruction of space circular interpolation processing, which comprises the following steps: step S102, the NC machining tool path of cutter location on A: 1, A: 2...... A: n is fitted with at least one arc; step S104, at least one arc into the processing code provisions of space circular interpolation commands; and step S106, the processing code is transmitted to the CNC machine tool for space circular interpolation machining. The invention also provides a driving device for driving the numerical control machine tool with the spatial arc interpolation instruction to process the circular arc interpolation.
