一种基于红外热图像分析的沥青路面裂缝发育程度检测方法,通过测温型红外热图像仪拍摄路面裂缝,获取路面裂缝的红外热像图,建立起裂缝发育程度与裂缝和路面温差的关系模型,再通过机器学习裂缝发育程度指数的分类函数,能够快速提取路面裂缝目标并进行分类,对噪声环境中微小裂缝信号进行有效去噪,抗噪声能力强,错误和误检率很低,适应于大部分复杂路面检测。

A Detection Method of Crack Development Degree of Asphalt Pavement Based on Infrared Thermal Image Analysis

A detection method of crack development degree of Asphalt Pavement Based on infrared thermal image analysis is presented. The infrared thermal image of pavement crack is obtained by taking pictures of pavement crack by temperature measuring infrared thermal imager. The relationship model between crack development degree and crack and pavement temperature difference is established. Then the classification function of crack development degree index is learned by machine, and the target of pavement crack can be quickly extracted and processed simultaneously. Classification, effective de-noising of micro-crack signal in noise environment, strong anti-noise ability, low error and false detection rate, suitable for most complex road surface detection.
