The impeller is rotated and installed; the air passage connected with the air intake pipe and the oxygen passage connected with the oxygen intake pipe are made in the eddy current guide block, and the impeller chamber connected with the air passage and the oxygen passage is made in the middle of the eddy current guide block; and the impeller is rotated and installed in the impeller chamber, which is highly integrated, on the basis of being convenient for patients to carry with them and inhale drugs at any time.
