进线柜通常放在室外使用,免不了受到水的侵袭,如果水从进线柜的顶部或外壳间隙进入进线柜,进线柜内部的电子元件被水浸泡,将会导致电气设备无法正常运行。为防止雨水或者其他杂质渗入至进线柜内,通常进线柜被设置成较为密封的状态,造成进线柜内的空气与外界不能流通,进线柜内产生的热量无法及时散出,造成进线柜内过热,影响进线柜内电气设备的正常工作。若进线柜设置散热孔,则必须增加防水结构或防水装置;现有部分进线柜采用在顶部设置雨罩以解决上述问题,为了提高散热效果,雨罩末端或边缘与柜体保持较大间距,但由于雨罩边缘并没有特殊处理或防尘结构,导致灰尘易从雨罩边缘进入进线柜内,影响进线柜工作,灰尘或异物一旦通过散热孔或散热结构进入柜体内很难清理;另外,仅通过散热孔静态散热实现散热的效果并不理想。
