A positioning cup is arranged on the conveying chain of the conveying mechanism, the garlic root is upward and the stem is downward into the positioning cup, and the garlic in the positioning cup is conveyed to the cutting mechanism by the chain. The stem cutting tool is installed at the front end of the frame and is located under the positioning cup. Garlic passes through this place, and the stem is cut off by the high-speed rotating stem cutting tool. After stem removal, garlic is continuously transported from the conveying chain to the root cutting mechanism.
