陶瓷圈内熟悉生产工艺的人都知道,2010年以前几乎所有陶瓷生产厂家在生产瓷片时,都采用丝网印刷技术印制图案。丝网印刷(即网板印刷),其设备相对简单,其工艺相对落后,生产时需要大量相关工人,附件占用大量车间,且印刷效果一般。2010年后,喷墨机的出现大大改观之前的不足,其独特的结构不仅大大节省相关工作人员,还节省车间,尤其是其喷印出图案效果,丰富,细腻,文理过度自然,且生产环境整洁,卫生。不到十年,几乎所有陶瓷生产厂家换上喷墨机,丝网印设备淘汰出局。就相同的图案而言,相比普通丝网印,喷墨机喷出的色剂量很微量,正因如此,很多图案经喷墨机喷在砖面烧成后颜色失真,究其原因一部分色剂在窑炉高温烧成阶段,微量的色剂溶解于熔融状态下的面釉之中,俗称,面釉“吃色”。因此,为保证很多图案原有效果,逼迫面釉熔块技术必须相应提高。目前生产内墙瓷片的陶瓷厂家,所需釉料大体分为三大系:透明釉料(透明熔块,镜面釉熔块等),亚光(或柔光)釉料,乳白釉料。三大釉料系中,乳白釉料占据主流,而乳白釉料按其析出乳白晶体不同又分为:锆白熔块,喷墨熔块,普通半白熔块。锆白熔块,喷墨熔块高温烧成后其乳白度为黄色调,根据色素“红-黄-蓝”三色原理,其图案不“吃色”,发色正。但现实中,锆白熔块因其过高的氧化锆含量及氧化锌含量,致使其成本天价,结果被成本占优的喷墨熔块所淘汰。就喷墨熔块而言,其氧化锆及氧化锌的含量虽不及锆白熔块含量高,但其成本相比普通半白熔块而言,成本仍 ...
