The grinding disc device comprises a rotor 6 fixed on the main shaft 1 and placed in the middle of the grinding body 4, and two stators 7 fixed at the two ends of the grinding body 4 respectively. The two ends of the rotor 6 are provided with grinding teeth, and only one end face of the stator 7 is provided with grinding teeth. The grinding teeth of the two ends of the rotor 6 mesh with the end face grinding teeth of the two stators 7 respectively. The sealing device refers to the geometric center of the spindle 1 through the stator 7, the rotor 6 and the grinding cavity end cover 8 axially, and a sealing device is arranged between the spindle 1 and the grinding cavity end cover 8. The clearance adjusting device is connected between the grinding chamber of stator 7 and grinding body 4 by a guide flat key 16, and the adjusting screw 12 passes through the screw seat 14 on the end cover 8 of the grinding chamber and the stator 7 is fixed by threads. The adjusting screw 12 is fixed on the screw seat 14 through two reverse nuts 10 and 11, and the adjusting screw 12 ends are connected with the guide disc 15. The heat exchange circulating device comprises a sandwich structure of a grinder 4, an outer wall of which is connected with a heat conducting oil inlet and outlet 5, and a circulating heat conducting oil inside the sandwich. 目前国内胶体磨,其工作原理均为通过高转速电机驱动转子相对于定子作高速旋转运动,被加工胶体物料在流体压力或自身重力作用下,通过转子和定子磨齿之间的间隙时受到强大的剪切力、摩擦力以及高频振动、高速漩涡和高速研磨等物理作用,促使胶体物料快速有效地粉碎、分散、均质和乳化,实现胶体物料超细粉碎和乳化效果。但现有多数胶体磨,定子和转子的间隙是固定的,对于剪切颗粒大小不同的胶体物料,或是生产不同的沥青产品,如改性沥青或橡胶沥青或乳化沥青等,不能很好适应;还有一种技术较先进的胶体磨,通过主轴的平移调整定子和转子之间的间隙,但对主轴的密封不理想,易泄露;其三,目前的胶体磨中定子和转子都是单端面设有磨齿,只有一个磨腔,有效研磨面积有限,生产效率不高。因此需要寻求一种创新技术来解决问题。
