The invention provides a method for evaporative crystallization by using a fast-plugging crystallizer, which includes: the supernatant of the thickener of the crystallization system is conveyed to the upper entrance of the fast-plugging crystallizer through the first overflow pipe; the supernatant is crystallized in the fast-plugging crystallizer to obtain crystalline salt; the crystalline salt is discharged through the outlet of the fast-plugging crystallizer; and the fast-plugging crystallizer. The liquid in the crystallization separator is transported to the mother liquor tank through the second overflow pipe for recycling. The method of evaporative crystallization using fast plug crystallizer improves the solid-liquid separation effect of evaporative crystallization device, reduces the risk of scaling in evaporative crystallization process, reduces the amount of highly concentrated mother liquor produced in evaporative crystallization process and prolongs the discharge period.
