Similar to the movable guide vane, the synchronous action ensures that the control ring does not move when the guide vane needs to be pre-opened individually. The small relay is slowly closed by the oil pressure device, and the small relay is closed by the fixed connecting pin as the fulcrum. The stroke decreases slowly while driving the guide vane arm and the end cover to rotate at the center of the movable guide vane shaft diameter.
