在生活中,人们为了使得地坪光泽度更好,更加的美观大方,大都会使用磨块对地坪进行研磨抛光;较为常见的是对金刚砂地坪、大理石地坪的抛光和研磨,而其中对地坪边缘处进行打磨是尤为重要也同样较为困难的。如图1所示,现有的用于磨边的金刚石磨块在磨边过程中,由于磨盘转动的线速度过大或者较长时间使用磨盘,很容易将金刚石磨头的棱角磨掉,形成如图1所示的倒圆角R,因此在后期往往会出现金刚石磨头磨不到边的情况,影响研磨效果及效率。此外为了适应研磨工作时产生的较大冲击力,现有的研磨磨块的基体多为铁板或钢板,现有的生产工艺是将制作好的磨头通过使用银焊片采用高频焊接的方式将磨头焊接在研磨磨块的基体上。而采用这种方式金刚石制作过程繁琐,金刚石模块磨损后不可更换使用成本高,而且研磨磨块连接在地坪研磨机的底盘时钢性太强,缓冲力不足,因此地坪研磨机在工作时振动幅度大、噪音大。因此,亟需提出一种全新的技术方案用以解决以上问题。
