技术介绍
在国内外金属矿物、工业矿物、化工矿物、能源矿物和建材物料粉磨中广泛应用的自磨和半自磨机中,磨机负荷由大块矿石和钢球组成。工作时,随着磨机筒体旋转,磨机负荷翻滚运动,矿石的粒度逐渐减小。为防止负荷冲击磨损磨机筒体,筒体内部均需安装衬板。现代自磨和半自磨机直径不断增加,最大已达12m以上。由于磨机负荷质量大,落差大,工作时会对衬板造成巨大冲击,因此衬板一般制成较厚的实心结构,如图4所示,热处理时往往不易淬透,导致衬板表层和心部硬度差较大,使用中随着厚度的减小耐磨性越来越差,磨损越来越快。
技术实现思路
