随着市场竞争越来越大，国内外PET瓶胚要求一模多腔越来越多，腔数越多要求模具就越大。为了帮助客户创造更大的利润，提出大模具（细长型）装到小型机上的设想，通过在能耗、机器价格上帮助客户省下成本，从而创造更大的利润。要实现大模具装到小型机上，机器顶出结构就要配合模具的结构做出优化设计。传统的大型模具的顶出结构如图1所示：顶出油缸2通过螺钉安装在动模板1上，顶出板3通过顶出板导杆2安装与动模板1内部，顶出板3与顶出油缸2连接，顶出油缸2动作时推动顶出板3，通过模具内部结构顶出瓶胚，传统的顶出板3呈十字状，两水平顶杆水平间隔设置在顶出板的一端，两水平顶杆的之间的间距d2短，两水平顶杆对模具内部顶扳的力过于集中，模具内部顶扳的受力不好，如果模具较大则不利于制品的顶出。而且两水平顶杆水平间隔设置在顶出板的一端，左、右两水平顶杆之间的距离可调整的范围（d1）小，设计人员无法根据模具的大小，调整左、右两水平顶杆之间的距离，从而无法满足不同模具的需求。
