复合水带制造技术

一种复合水带，包括由内衬塑膜层、编织层、外防护塑膜层复合而成的管壁，管壁在周向上首尾搭接而形成内搭接段和外搭接段，其主要特点在于，内衬塑膜层的宽度等于编织层的宽度，外防护塑膜层的宽度等于编织层的宽度；在内搭接段边沿的内侧还黏贴有内贴条，内贴条的宽度小于内搭接段的宽度，内贴条的厚度大于内衬塑膜层的厚度；在外搭接段边沿的外侧还黏贴有外贴条，外贴条的宽度小于外搭接段的宽度，外贴条的厚度大于外防护塑膜层的厚度；内贴条和外贴条的长向沿复合水带的长向延伸。本实用新型专利技术的搭接部位边沿部位能有效抗渗，且不必加大内衬塑膜层的厚度。
