由于我们高速锻机是对加热高于1100度钢材进行每分钟130冲程的锻造，因此高速运转的机器零部件要进行开试抗磨润滑，如中荷150#油，进行润滑。同时锻造高温钢材的模具需要模具冷却水，虽有大部分回收但还有少部分模具水与润滑油1:5的混合后从机床底部流出。这样造成模具水无法回收进行污水处理环境ISO14000不达标，废油不能回收二次利用。
