散热器作为重型卡车的冷却系统中的重要部件之一，安装固定时需与车架牢固可靠地连接。现有的重卡散热器一般是通过固定装置安装在车架左右纵梁之间，如图1所示，散热器101通过侧方支架105与纵梁103连接，直杆形的拉杆102分别与纵梁103上的拉杆支架104以及散热器101的侧边，散热器101位于纵梁103之间，且其倾角则由侧方支架105决定，拉杆102起到辅助调节倾角的作用。但此种固定方式有其缺陷和局限性：侧方支架105与拉杆102在散热器101上的固定位置过近(都在散热器101侧边)，导致散热器101稳定性不足；并且，散热器101夹在左右纵梁103之间，散热器101宽度受到纵梁103间距的限制，然而随着重卡技术的发展，为满足大马力的需求，其发动机尺寸和规格逐步增大，从而就需要大尺寸的散热器来满足发动机散热需求，因而，现有的固定装置已和市场所需产生矛盾，亟待解决。
