The invention discloses a nano textured tool and its preparation method based on multilayer coating soft fluidic deposition, which belongs to the technical field of mechanical cutting tool manufacturing. The above tool surface is a combination of MoS2 and WS2 soft coating, which belongs to the multi-layer structure. Before coating, nanoscale textures were first processed on femtosecond laser on the surface of tool substrate. Then, MoS2 and WS2 coatings were sequentially deposited on nano scale texture by electric jet, forming soft coatings with multilayer structure. Because of the texture treatment on the substrate surface, the specific surface area is increased, and the adhesion of the coating is improved. At the same time, because of the deposition of soft coating by the electro jet method, the device is simple, controllable and high deposition rate. When the soft coating tool is dry cutting, it can reduce the friction, reduce the cutting force and the cutting temperature, and improve the tool life.
