一种气管插管制造方法,其包括制造如下步骤:用于制成气囊(20)的整体模具(200),模具(200)设有内腔(202);将PVC浆灌入模具(200);倒出PVC浆,保留残留在模具(200)内壁的PVC浆;导引管(500)穿过模具(200);管体(10)套装于导引管(500)并穿过模具(200);抽出导引管(500);第一芯(300)和第二芯(400)分别插入管体(10)中并对接,使管体(10)与内腔(202)的端部内壁贴合;旋转模具(200)并加热;及排除气囊(20)中的气体并脱模;其中,第一芯(300)和第二芯(400)的对接位置在内腔(202)的中部。一种通过上述气管插管制造方法制成的气管插管(100)。因模具(200)一边加热一边旋转,使得模具(200)内壁上的PVC浆在加热成熟的过程不会聚结在一起并使整个模具(200)内壁上的PVC浆均匀,从而制成后的气囊(20)壁厚比较均匀且在气囊(20)的两端没有台阶。
