无热再生吸附式干燥设备是利用变压吸附原理，以去除压缩气体中的水份。目前的干燥器结构为双塔式，干燥塔和再生塔轮流交替工作，循环往复，达到干燥目的。其工作循环分为吸附和再生两个阶段：干燥阶段，干燥塔压力升高，空气中的水蒸气分压亦相应提高，当通过干燥剂床层时，水蒸气被干燥剂吸附，使干燥剂表面水蒸气分压逐渐提高，达到平衡，使压缩空气得到干燥；再生阶段，使塔内空气压力突然降低，水蒸气的分压也同样降低，吸附在干燥剂的水蒸气转移到空气中，使干燥剂脱附。吸附过程是干燥剂表面自由能减少的过程，它不需要外能推动而能自发进行。再生过程是吸附过程的逆过程，也就是干燥剂表面自由能恢复的过程，而再生过程是耗能的过程。无热再生吸附式干燥器再生过程遵循2个原则：(1)完全再生原则：吸附半周期T内被吸附的水分，应在一定时间T'内完全解吸并排出塔外(T'<T)，且在下一个吸附循环开始前干燥剂温度要达到设定的初始温度；(2)最小耗气原则：在一定再生压力和排出温度下，再生尾气含水量接近饱和时，再生气耗是最少的。本文档来自技高网...
