内劈水条是汽车车门系统的重要附件，主要用于装饰以及防水、防尘和隔离噪音，内劈水条同时还能和外劈水条一起对玻璃进行夹持，防止玻璃在升降过程中晃动或偏离轨道。如图1和图2所示，现有技术中的内劈水条100的固定方式为直接卡接固定在内饰板的劈水条支架200上。其中内劈水条100通过嵌件挤出成型工艺制成，内劈水条100上间隔约100mm处设有垂直于内劈水条100的卡接结构300，卡接结构300一般为金属片，内劈水条100通过卡接结构300固定在劈水条支架200上。内饰板和劈水条支架200分别通过注塑成型，劈水条支架200通过超声波焊接等方式固定在内饰板上。现有技术的内劈水条的固定方式主要存在如下缺点：一、内饰板和劈水条支架需要采用两幅模具进行加工，而且劈水条支架需要通过超声波焊接方式固定在内饰板上，结构和工艺均较为复杂，制造周期长；二、内劈水条通过卡接固定在劈水条支架上，需要的卡接结构较多，而且装配困难。
