铱金坩埚是应用于感应提拉炉生长晶体的一种普遍使用的加热容器，尤其是在生长高温(1800℃以上)氧化物晶体领域，现有技术的铱金坩埚一般为平底铱金坩埚，如图1所示。在高温下生长晶体，铱金坩埚极易出现变形，达到一定程度后，易出现渗漏或者穿孔的现象，导致铱金坩埚无法使用。根据公司对平底铱金坩埚的长期使用和跟踪，发现目前所使用的平底铱金坩埚在使用周期达到5-10次后，平底铱金坩埚的底部出现较严重的变形，严重时坩埚底部出现渗漏，底部由平面形变成向下的凸面，从而不利于坩埚底部温场的均匀和稳定以及不利于保持铱金坩埚在温场中的水平状态。另外，在晶体生长结束后，将平底坩埚底部(如附图1所示)中的部分余料取出来非常困难，一般是采用金刚凿将余料敲碎裂后，将余料从坩埚中取出，而在敲击的过程中极易造成铱金坩埚出现损坏，严重时可能将铱金坩埚敲裂而无法使用。因此，为提高铱金坩埚的使用寿命，减缓铱金坩埚的变形，降低晶体生长以及产业化的成本，需要对现有平底铱金坩埚进行改良处理。技术内容本技术的目的在于克本文档来自技高网...
