高固推流厌氧反应器制造技术

一种高固推流厌氧反应器，包括壳体，壳体上设置有投料口，壳体底部设置排污口，壳体上部设置排气口；壳体内至少设置有一个底部密封上部敞开的升流筒，每个升流筒至少对应配置一个推流泵，推流泵设置于壳体的外围，推流泵的进料口与吸料管连接，吸料管伸入壳体内且处于升流筒外部；推流泵的排料口与排料管连接，排料管伸入升流筒内。该反应器结构简单，采用外部推流泵，壳体内没有提升部件，实现了无阻挡状态下的剧烈且高效的连续提升、混合与传质，整体翻滚搅动大大加快，因此，特别适用于泥浆状、高糊状等黏度较大或者固体含量大的高固含量有机物的发酵处理；同时，由于推流泵设置于壳体外部，内部没有运动部件，便于安装和维修。
