目前,国家实行非道路柴油机国Ⅲ、国Ⅳ排放要求,降低废气排放,提高空气质量。对柴油机要求排放控制,两缸V型涡流柴油机排量1L,功率≤18kW,技术路线采用电控单体泵+轴针式喷油器+涡流室燃烧室,可有效降低排放,达到国Ⅲ要求。该两缸V型涡流柴油机采用的单体泵结构也是V型结构,柴油机的进油管和回油管管路布置方式不同对柴油机的性能影响很大。传统设计中,进油管和两缸采用串联方式,柴油从进油接头进入二缸油泵电磁阀供油,再从二缸油泵电磁阀经过进油管进入一缸油泵电磁阀供油,最后通过回油管路到达回油电磁阀回到回油接头进入油箱,然而这样的串联方式存在两缸供油不均,造成发动机两缸功率不均、排温不均、转速不稳等现象。
