带式输送机用低速大扭矩直驱永磁电机体积较大,利用圆形冲片硅钢片利用率极低。为了提高定子冲片的使用率,采用箔式绕线永磁电机定子结构,即定子采用拼块式结构。定子冲片用专用模具加工叠装,形成定子拼块,如图1所示,每个单齿定子拼块的轭部由侧面开设有轴向凹槽18、左侧面延伸设置有轴向凸齿19,相邻定子拼块通过其轴向凹槽18和轴向凸齿19扣合拼装成整圆,形成整个定子。拼块定子拼装成整圆的过程非常困难,易因定子冲片倾斜、错位,无法保证定子的拼装精度,无法保证电机气隙,无法满足定子和壳的装配公差。而且,拼装时易导致电磁线损伤,造成电机绝缘故障,存在线圈匝间短路的隐患,且内外径尺寸无法保证,导致气隙达不到设计要求,满足不了定子外径与壳体的装配要求。
