为检测液态产品是否合格,需对油罐、槽车、油桶等存储容器内液态产品手工采样。为了采到更有代表性的样品,需要采取底部的样品。目前所采用的工具有采样管和采样勺两种。采样管采样时,用大拇指按压住采样管的顶部,伸入油罐、油桶等储存容器底部用力搅动,放开大拇指使液体进入采样管内,再用大拇指按压住采样管的顶部,快速将采样管提起利用负压的原理将液体取出放入采样瓶内。因此,每次采样需要将采样管伸入存储容器的底部,如果存储容器太深无法到达底部,如果存储容器太浅又无法一次取够所需的样品量。并且采样管接近一米长携带不便,采样时需要人员站立在采样口旁边也带来了安全隐患,尤其是有些样品能挥发出有毒的气体,有些采样口过大人员有跌入的危险。采样勺包括储液器和底部进油阀(简称底阀),储液器上端面上设置有出液口。采样时,将采样勺以不大于1米/秒的速度下落至容器底部,当采样勺底阀触及容器底部时,拉动底阀,底阀打开。进油时会有气泡冒出,待没有气泡时提出采样勺,转移样品,即可完成底部样品的采集,采样完毕后擦干存放。由于每次采样需要将采样勺垂直放入存储容器的底部,到达底部后拉动底部进油阀使油入采样勺内,因此,需目测采样勺到达底部后拉动底部进油阀,存储容器光线不好或是样品顔色较深无法判断采样勺到达底部,并且采样时需要人员站立在采样口旁边,也带来了安全隐患。还有,现有采样勺在拉动底部进油阀时,没有设置限制行程的装置,极易将整个拉杆拉脱。
