灯带是指把LED灯用特殊的加工工艺焊接在铜线或者带状柔性线路板上面，再连接上电源发光，因其发光时形状如一条光带而得名。灯带主要包括灯珠以及挂带：最早的工艺是把LED焊接在铜线上面，再套上PVC管或者采用设备直接成型，挂带有圆形和扁状两种，其称谓按铜线的数量和外面套管的形状来区分，两根线称为二线，圆形就在前面加上圆，即圆二线；扁形就在前面加上扁字，即扁二线。后来发展成为采用柔性线路板即FPC来做载体，因其加工工艺更简便，质量更容易控制，寿命更长，颜色和亮度更高，而逐渐替代了较早的加工工艺，渐成趋势。因为灯带上面一般都是焊接LED灯珠，故也有很多叫LED灯带，但因为名词太长而简化成灯带。然而，由于在使用时，一般灯带用在夜间在桥梁上，不仅能够用于照明，而且增强美观性，但是普通的LED灯珠在夜间光线很难汇聚，而且投射距离较短，灯光的拉伸效果较差，极易造成危险。鉴于此，本申请的专利技术人提供了一种挂灯及灯带，提高了灯珠的聚光效果和灯光的拉伸效...
