光纤的制造方法技术

一种经由在石英管的内面上被覆一层具有比石英管的折射率高的合成玻璃，且当经由拉丝炉对其进行拉丝时，使其收缩的制造光纤的过程包括如下步骤，在石英管内被覆合成玻璃，使石英管的内外径比值等于或小于０．８５，然后封住石英管的一端形成封闭端，把石英管夹持在拉丝炉内，在保持石英管的内压为负压时，从封闭端进行拉丝，这样就能防止来自外部的水分混入，并能可靠和稳定地进行拉丝和收缩步骤．（*该技术在2006年保护过期，可自由使用*）
