在当前污水处理
中,活性污泥法是应用最广泛的技术之一。随着材料科学、新机械不断出现,生物膜法在近几十年来发展很快,由于生物膜法工艺中池中载体上生物量巨大的特性,较之活性污泥法有很多优势,特别是它节能、容积小、低浓度、低温、运行良好等特点,非常适合我国北方城市污水处理工艺中选用。在生物膜法工艺中有生物滤池、生物转盘、生物接触氧化和生物流化床等,国外80年代初在生物接触氧化技术基础上发展生物曝气滤池技术借鉴给水滤池方式,同时完成生物处理与固液分离,(《排水工程》中国建筑工业出版社94-95 199-201;《排水除磷脱氧技术》中国建筑工业出版社105-107)。普通生物曝气滤池利用与给水过滤相同的流程,污水自上而下过滤。污水从滤池上部流入,经滤料过滤后流出。在滤池中下部设曝气管进行曝气,曝气管上部起生物氧化降解作用,下部主要是截留悬浮物SS及脱落的生物膜,运行中用截留SS及生物膜的生长,水头损失逐渐增大,达到一定值后需进行反冲洗。一般采用气水联合反冲,底部设反冲洗气、水装置。这种工艺的缺点是滤料的利用率不高,大量SS被截留在滤池上端,造成滤池容易堵塞,运行周期缩短。普通生物曝气滤池前设沉淀池,功能单一,效果不好,通常沉淀池内需设机械设备,弊病很多,不能很好地满足生物滤池的使用。(三)
