本发明专利技术公开了一种无苯稳定型镭射电化铝色层用涂料组合物及其制备方法;所述涂料组合物包括如下重量份数的各组分:聚丙烯酸酯树脂20~40,含羧基的聚丙烯酸酯树脂10~20,颜料2~10,助剂0.2~0.5,溶剂40~60;所述含羧基的聚丙烯酸酯树脂的羧基含量为5~30%,重均分子量为1.5万~8万。本发明专利技术用颜料替代传统的染料色粉,色层涂料无论放置还是模压后均可做到无苯,且杜绝染料色粉重金属超标风险;此外,本发明专利技术采用的聚丙烯酸酯树脂含有羧基官能团,使涂层与颜料具有良好的结合牢度,从而获得了稳定性优异的色层涂料,可储存半年以上。
