一种具有较高风能利用效率的垂直轴风力发电机,用于解决提高垂直轴风力发电机风能利用率及低风速发电性能。其技术方案是:构成中包括中心柱、叶片和横撑杆,各叶片垂直设置,它们相对中心柱轴线均匀分布,叶片由横撑杆连接中心柱,改进后,所述各叶片的截形轮廓由O-Q、O-R、P-Q、P-R四条曲线组成,所述叶片截形的一侧为钩状端,钩状端朝外设置。本实用新型专利技术通过对叶片及横撑杆截形的优化设计,可明显增大风阻力,提高风阻力差,尤其是风机在较低风速下的发电能力可大幅度提高。对比试验表明,与同类垂直轴风力发电机相比,本实用新型专利技术低风速时发电机发电电压提高近10倍,高风速时发电电压提高50%以上。(*该技术在2020年保护过期,可自由使用*)

技术介绍
风力发电机根据主轴安装方位分为水平轴和垂直轴,迄今为止应用较为普遍的是水平轴风力发电机。水平轴发电机尽管应用普遍,但结构上存在一些问题,如:需要偏航、对桨等迎风和控制迎风面增大阻力差的结构,这使发电机的结构复杂、占用零部件多且容易造成故障。基于水平轴发电机的结构缺陷,近年来,垂直轴发电机技术发展迅速,应用日益广泛。垂直轴发电机可通过对叶片结构的优化设计,增大风阻力,提高风阻力差,使风机即使在较低的风速下仍可以正常启动运行,无需偏航、变桨装置,因而结构相对简单。垂直轴发电机关键技术是叶片结构的设计,叶片形状优劣直接影响其启动性能和风能利用效率。目前,垂直轴发电机存有升力型叶片自起动性能差、低风速发电性能差,阻力型风能利用效率低等问题,因此优化叶片结构是解决上述问题的关键所在。
技术实现思路
