The total phosphorus concentration wastewater was 6 + 2mg/L, pH = 3.5 ~ 6.5, the weight of the shell and the iron ratio is 1: 0.2 to 0.4, which will be mixed into the reactor, the reactor for treatment of wastewater containing phosphorus added in the shell weight of 3.8 to 4 times, the hydraulic retention time is 6 ~ 48h. The removal rate of TP from phosphorus wastewater is 40 ~ 97%, especially the pH value of phosphorus wastewater is 3.5 ~ 5.5, the weight ratio of shell to iron is 1 to 0.2 to 0.4, and the effect of 12h treatment is good. The removal rate of TP from phosphorus wastewater was 90 ~ 97%, or even > 97%. Phosphorus removal process is advanced, reasonable and practical. Its theoretical basis is sufficient and the effect is obvious. The raw material is easy to obtain and the price is low, and the waste is treated with waste, thus effectively reducing the investment and operating cost of the wastewater treatment plant.
