The present invention provides a cam mechanism and a liquid delivery pump having a cam mechanism. A lubricant supply mechanism is provided above the cam. The lower end of the fixed member of the lubricant supply mechanism has a recovery wing that is used as a lubricant recovery component in contact with the side circumferential portion of the cam. The lower end of the recovery wing is in contact with the peripheral side of the cam. The angle between the lower end of the recovery wing and the rotation direction of the cam is less than 90 degrees.
