本技术属于石油.化工.冶金.轻工等工业部门及城市供暖、供气、供水系统应用的一种无需外来能源,依靠被控介质自身的压力变化进行自动调节压力的自力式压力调节阀。自力式压力调节阀是利用被调介质自身压力的变化,直接驱动调节机构进行压力调节现有技术是由浮动阀,指挥器和针阀三部分组成。附附图说明图1为作阀后压力调节的调节阀结构原理图。浮动阀(2)安装在介质输入管路上,被调介质从箭头方向输入。指挥器(1)和针阀(3)按图1所示方式用管路连接。当调节阀的阀后压力升高时,引起浮动阀下膜室压力升高。升高的阀后压力传到指挥器的下膜室,使指挥器喷嘴挡板距离减小,输出至浮动阀上膜室的操作信号压力减小,浮动阀在变化的压力和弹簧反力的作用下关小,使阀后压力降低到预先的设定值。反之,当调节阀的阀后压力降低到设定值以下时,浮动阀下膜室的压力下降,指挥器输出压力增加,使浮动阀开度增加,阀后压力升高至设定值,保证了调节阀阀后压力的恒定。由于调节阀是由三部分组成,需到现场安装调试,占用的空间较大,其调试的精度也不易保证。本技术是针对现有技术的不足而设计的,具有测量、执行和控制综合功能的,无需外来能源 ...
