The invention relates to a method for stable water supply system (H) (1) the water pressure regulator (9), comprising: water supply path (73121) and (75123) water scour path entrance component (51). The water path is operable to engage the regulator valve. The inlet member (51) can be moved manually relative to the housing shed (21) to locate the feed path relative to the regulator valve, thereby preventing the regulator valve from engaging the inlet member, and placing the regulator in a flush mode. The scour path (75123) has a water outlet separated from the feed path port in the regulator, and therefore cannot be engaged with the regulator valve. A flush valve (85) is disposed in the scour path and is movable between the closed position of the regulator operating in the drinking water mode and the opening position that allows the regulator to operate in the scour mode. The actuator (89) is configured to be operated by the control system to allow automatic flushing of the water supply line according to the predetermined plan. Therefore, the regulator can be switched manually or automatically between the operation mode and the scour mode. The control system can also control the house lighting system and water supply system and water supply system; and the lighting and delivery systems together under control.
