技术介绍
现有的三维(ThreeDimensional,3D)感测模组采用具有不规则分布的发光单元的光源在被测目标物上投射出不规则分布的光斑图案来感测被测目标物的三维信息。在进行三维感测时,需要将投射到被测目标物上的不规则光斑图案与投射到参考平面上的标准不规则光斑图案进行对比分析,根据对应光斑的变形量推算出光斑所在的被测目标物位置的三维数据。由此,将所述投射在被测目标物上的不规则分布光斑与投射到参考平面上的标准不规则分布光斑一一对应上所花费的时间成为决定感测速度的重要因素。对应的方法是将所述不规则光斑图案按照预设面积划分为多个搜索区域依次进行搜索比对,因此合理地设计光源上所述不规则分布的发光单元的排布位置以提高所述不同搜索区域内光斑分布的唯一性,即提高不同搜索区域内光斑分布的汉明距离,成为解决问题的关键所在。而现有光源结构的发光单元排布为了获得较高的汉明距离通常需要增加光源的发光区域面积以使得发光单元具有更多的排布可能,但增加光源的发光区域面积的同时也会增加成本,同时较大的光源结构也不利于产品的小型化设计。
技术实现思路
