本申请实施例提供一种通信方法和设备,此方法包括:根据网络设备与终端之间的通信状况,确定时隙中GP的长度,时隙包括:下行通信时间段、GP和上行通信时间段,其中GP的长度可变且所述GP用于隔离下行通信时间段和上行通信时间段。在时隙内执行无线通信,无线通信包括:在下行通信时间段执行下行通信,以及在上行通信时间段执行上行通信。其中,通信状况包括如下至少一项:终端的上下行切换能力、下行通信的数据块大小、下行通信与所述上行通信之间的定时关系。从而避免了资源浪费的现象,提高了资源利用效率。

The embodiment of this application provides a communication method and device, which includes: determining the length of GP in the time slot according to the communication condition between the network device and the terminal, including downlink communication time period, GP and upstream communication time period, in which the length of GP is variable and the GP is used to isolate downlink communication time period and upstream communication time period. Wireless communication is performed within a time slot, which includes downlink communication during downlink communication period and upstream communication during upstream communication period. The communication status includes at least one of the following: the upstream and downstream switching capability of the terminal, the data block size of the downstream communication, and the timing relationship between the downstream communication and the upstream communication. Thus, the phenomenon of waste of resources is avoided and the efficiency of resource utilization is improved.
