由冲压工艺形成的薄型均热板制造技术

本申请实施例公开了一种均热板,该均热板内部起支撑作用的支撑结构为设置在第一盖板内表面上的多个相互间隔的第一支撑凸台,该第一支撑凸台可以采用较为通用的加工工艺例如冲压工艺冲制而成,而该较为通用的加工工艺的加工成本较刻蚀工艺的成本低,因此,该均热板相较于现有技术,降低了均热板的加工成本。而且在该均热板中,工质的蒸汽腔是在第一盖板、第二盖板以及毛细层组合的过程中,由相邻两个第一支撑凸台之间的间隔区域自动形成的,无需专门通过加工工艺来形成工质的蒸汽腔,因此,从这方面来说,本申请实施例提供的均热板也降低了均热板的加工成本。

The embodiment of the present application discloses a soaking plate. The supporting structure of the soaking plate is a first supporting convex platform with multiple intervals arranged on the inner surface of the first cover plate. The first supporting convex platform can be punched by a more general processing technology, such as stamping process, while the processing cost of the more general processing technology is lower than that of the etching process. Therefore, compared with the existing technology, the soaking plate reduces the processing cost of soaking plate. Moreover, in the soaking plate, the vapor chamber of working substance is formed automatically by the interval area between two adjacent first supporting protrusions in the process of the combination of the first cover plate, the second cover plate and the capillary layer. There is no need to form the vapor chamber of working substance by special processing technology.
