传统的立式多级离心泵也称筒体型立式多级离心泵,是在引进吸收国外先进技术的基础上而设计制造的,是已广泛应用于国内外大型电站石化项目的成熟产品,具有较高的运行效率和运行可靠性。其结构如图1和图2所示,其进水道由喇叭管1、导叶体2和扩散管3等构成。其中,导叶体2为铸件,外形为旋转体,从内到外依次由轮毂4、叶片5和壳体6构成,从而形成了离心泵的闭式导叶体2,由于壳体6将叶片5全部封闭在内,最大外圆尺寸较小,节省材料,但其弊病也是明显的。由于叶片5为空间扭曲曲面,并且全部封闭在内,不便于检查发现,也不便于铸造清砂打磨,甚至有夹砂在内,而无法清理。导叶体2中叶片5之间的流道光滑通畅,对离心泵的效率影响很大。
