The invention discloses a method for screening protein self-assembly conditions by using kit formulation, which is used to solve the technical problem of poor practicability of the existing method. The technical scheme is to prepare a protein self-assembly screening kit, then select the target protein to be self-assembled, select the buffer solution of the target protein, prepare the protein solution as the solution of the protein self-assembly process with the selected buffer solution, select the enzyme label or 96-well plate as the container of the protein self-assembly process, and self-assemble the prepared protein solution with the protein self-assembly process. The reagents in the screening kit were mixed and added into the enzyme label or 96-well plate. The enzyme label or 96-well plate were placed in the temperature control box. The samples were sampled at fixed points and at regular intervals. The morphology of the self-assembled proteins was observed by optical microscopy and high resolution scanning electron microscopy. The invention solves the technical problem that it is difficult to obtain the condition of protein self-assembly by using the prepared protein self-assembly screening kit. It improves the ability to obtain self-assembly conditions and has good practicability.
