母线槽始端又称进线节,与始端箱组成母线槽电源引入单元,在始端箱内母线槽始端与变电所或配电室引出的电缆连接,起到电力传输的作用。电力电缆从变电所沿电缆沟、桥架、线槽等敷设到电气竖井后,从始端箱正下方孔洞伸出,竖直向上从箱体底孔进入始端箱,与母线槽始端连接。一种是电缆直接与母线连接,一种是电缆与始端箱内断路器端子连接。始端箱体积越小、安装高度越低,电缆越难安装。但竖井面积狭小,内部布置有强电桥架、弱电桥架、电表箱、网络箱柜、动力柜等设备占用空间,因此始端箱体积不能随意加大。同时受楼层高、母线分段、插接箱布置等因素影响,始端箱安装高度也不能随意升高。电缆连接,需要在竖井内现场制作电缆终端头,作业环境差,同时电缆剪、液压钳、烘枪等工具无法进入始端箱操作,而测量电缆对接长度、分断多余电缆、剥绝缘层、压接铜线鼻子、热缩绝缘管套管烘烤、连接固定线鼻子等工序,需要将每根电缆反复进入、移出始端箱几次,而现有母线厂家的始端箱箱体底部只开有电缆孔和可拆卸的电缆封板,电缆孔四周为一体结构,电缆进出始端箱只能从箱底的电缆孔竖直方向穿进穿出。以800A五线制母线槽一台始端箱为例,每相双拼,需要低压240平方电缆10根,每根电缆外径28.5mm。安装时,电缆需要从始端箱箱体底孔穿进、移出几十次,安装困难。现有母线的始端箱结构无法解决电缆安装时,电缆从箱体底孔反复进出始端箱困难的问题。行业现状是,靠安装人员现场解决,一是返工切割掉箱体底板、下门框,二是想办法移动、弯曲箱体下 ...
