The invention discloses a valve core sealing structure in a pull-out valve for high pressure hydrogenation machine, which comprises a valve body with a valve cavity and a valve opening. The valve core in the valve cavity includes: the core rod and tail rod are fixed on both sides of the connecting sleeve, the core rod outside the connecting sleeve is provided with a core rod ring, the end of the connecting sleeve is provided with a connecting sleeve retaining ring, and the outer wall of the sealing element between the core rod retaining ring and the connecting sleeve retaining ring. A sealing surface is formed, the outer end of the tail rod and the tail rod body form a tail rod convex step, and the tail rod is fitted with a retaining ring with several clamping blocks. The two ends of the core spring are respectively pressed against the retaining ring and the connecting sleeve retaining ring. The inner wall of the valve chamber is provided with a sealing convex step, and each clamping block is clamped on the inner wall of the valve chamber, and the sealing surface is clamped on the sealing convex step under the action of the core spring. Pushing the core rod into the valve chamber can connect the first valve opening with the valve chamber. The advantages of the present invention are that it can be used in the pull-off valve for high-pressure hydrogenation machine to realize reliable shutoff of the valve mouth and the valve chamber.
