The invention discloses the application of CFTR gene in the preparation of drugs for early warning or diagnosis of thrombotic diseases. The CFTR gene encodes a cAMP-dependent chloride channel, and its expression on peripheral blood platelets and monocytes in patients with coronary heart disease is significantly reduced. Statistical differences were also found between stable angina pectoris and acute coronary syndrome. In animal and cell models, specific inhibition of CFTR gene can significantly promote thrombosis, including platelet aggregation, up-regulation of P2Y12 receptor-mediated platelet aggregation signaling pathway, and so on. The invention discovers a new medical use of CFTR gene in the application of diagnosis and early warning of thrombotic diseases, opens up a new application field of gene therapy, and provides a new clinical diagnostic marker for early warning and diagnosis of critical thrombotic diseases.
