目前软包锂离子电池的生产,均使用冲压成型的铝塑膜包装裸电芯后进行顶封、侧封、抽气热封等封装工序做成半成品电池。目前行业在抽气热封工序,通常使用一个带有半圆形凹槽的长条夹具,凹槽直径大小按所加工电池直径设计,待热封的电池首尾相接顺次摆放在凹槽内,转入抽气仓,上方采用一个压板在真空状态下平压电池上表面完成操作。由于卷绕类电池包装膜头部都有R角,电池直径等尺寸增大,R角也将增大,在进行头部顶封时,裸电芯不能完全填充满铝塑膜内腔,导致电池封装后两端将存在一定的空隙位,顶封工序为避免封印压到内部金属带及封头压在R角弧面上会造成包装膜损伤问题,需控制封印到包装膜R角弧面的间隙距离,此间隙更加剧了电池两端的空隙位,此空隙位在真空-90Kpa条件下依旧不能有效去除,造成软包锂离子电池在经过真空抽气热封及二次热封封口后,弯折封边挤压空隙位会造成间隙位的气体在电池内部流动,造成电池内部气体不良,影响电池循环性能,电池表面松弛影响外观及电池尺寸等问题。
